Bloodstock agent Arthur Dobell has joined Oliver St. Lawrence Bloodstock and will assist Oliver in all aspects of the agency.  Dobell has previously worked at Highclere Stud in the UK, Northern Farm in Japan, Arrowfield Stud in Australia, and Haras Vacacion in Argentina.
