Launching a $1.4 million project by Horseshoe Indianapolis, ground was officially broken Wednesday, Mar. 5 for the new Community Center at the venue. Eric Halstrom is vice president and general manager of Caesar's Horseshoe Indianapolis, a position he's held since 2020.
