Report: Drug Compounding Exec Found Guilty In Misbranding Conspiracy Case

Sam Glover, the vice president of sales for the Arkansas-based company U.S. Compounding, faces up to five years in prison at sentencing after being found guilty of one felony count of drug adulteration and misbranding conspiracy at a federal jury trial that concluded in New York last week.
