Following Monday's announcement OBSOnline will again host a 'Second Chance' digital auction for horses who were either RNAs or scratched from the Apr. 14-17 OBS Spring 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale, the auction house updated the announcement Thursday with news that 28 juveniles have been catalogued.
