Over 300 horses from 19 countries have applied for the 2025-26 Dubai Racing Carnival (DRC) at Meydan this season. The 16-week stand kicked off on November 7 and ends on March 28 with the G1 Dubai World Cup card. The multiple group-placed Heart Of Honor (Honor A. Setback Reroutes Tornado Alert From Bahrain To Dubai

Godolphin's Tornado Alert (Too Darn Hot) has sustained a setback and will not contest the G2 Bahrain International Trophy on November 14, according to trainer Saeed bin Suroor. The 30th edition of Dubai World Cup night will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026. The Dubai Racing Carnival, spanning 17 race meetings, begins on Friday, November 7 and ends on Dubai World Cup night. Dubai Racing Club released the 2025/2026 racing calendar on Monday. Dubai Racing Carnival to Offer Free Stabling To Overseas Runners

Stabling for runners in the International Quarantine Stables traveling from overseas for the upcoming season of the Dubai Racing Carnival will be free, the Dubai Racing Club announced on Tuesday. The season kicks off on Friday, Nov. 10, with the first of 14 meetings at Meydan Racecourse. Further incentives, including travel, will be decided by a special committee on a horse-by-horse basis. Dubai Racing Club Renames Season, Boosts Purses

The Dubai Racing Club (DRC) on Sunday announced a new structure for the 2023-24 racing season at Meydan, renaming the entire event from December through March as the Dubai Racing Carnival and boosting purses by AED11 million, a 27% increase over last season.
