Amendments to the Entry Examination by Attending Veterinarian, 810 KAR 4:030, Section 17, will take effect July 1, 2025, according to a release by the Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation Wednesday. Pending relevant licensing, Scott Jordan will take over the post of head starter at the New York Racing Association (NYRA) tracks beginning May 23, the organization announced Monday afternoon.
