Keeneland Issues Statement After Technical Difficulties with Ticket Sales for Fall Meet

Keeneland, in coordination with ticketing provider, Etix, issued the following statements regarding the technical difficulties experienced during Tuesday morning's Fall Meet ticket on-sale: Statement from Etix: "Earlier today, Tuesday, Aug. 19, tickets for the Keeneland Fall Meet went on sale on our platform. Unfortunately, an unexpected server issue created a strain on resources, resulting in errors and delays for many patrons attempting to purchase tickets. Etix values our long-standing partnership with Keeneland, and we extend our sincere apologies to Keeneland staff, patrons and the entire community for this disruption." Statement...
