Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) has announced updated eligibility criteria which allows all Thoroughbreds bred for racing worldwide, but located in Britain, to register with RoR free of charge.  Previously only horses who had raced or had been in training with a licensed trainer were eligible for registration.
