The Fasig-Tipton Kentucky Winter Mixed Sale, originally scheduled next Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 7-8, will be pushed back to Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 8-9. An ice storm is forecasted for the Lexington area, prompting Fasig-Tipton officials to delay the sale. Lifelong horsewoman Josephine Abercrombie died peacefully at her home on Pin Oak Stud in Woodford County, Kentucky Jan. 5. She was 95.
