First-year trainees from the Godolphin Flying Start program, currently based in Lexington Kentucky, hosted their USA conference, "Passion Unbridled, Purpose Driven," at Copper Roux Wednesday. Executive Director Clodagh Kavanagh traveled from Ireland and opened the conference which drew a diverse audience of Godolphin Flying Start alumni, Godolphin staff including Dan Pride, Michael Banahan, farm rotation and externship hosts including Tony Lacy, Fergus and Kate Galvin, and Amplify mentees. George Connolly is set to join Four Star Sales as a Bloodstock Sales Associate, the company announced Wednesday. From County Carlow, Ireland, Connolly grew up on his family's Burgage Stud, a successful National Hunt stallion farm that has produced multiple Grade 1 winners.
