The 51st annual Global Symposium on Racing, hosted by the University of Arizona Race Track Industry Program, will include a panel titled "Strength in Numbers: Innovative Approaches to Boosting U.S. Thoroughbred Breeding" to address the ongoing issue of declines to the foal crop.
