Australian multiple Group 1-placed Tutta La Vita (Aus) (The Autumn Sun {Aus}), purchased by John Stewart's Resolute Racing for A$3.2 million at the Inglis Chairman's Sale in May, is nearing her U.S. debut after working four furlongs in :49.34 (11/16) over the Tapeta surface at Gulfstream Saturday. Another Seven-Figure Yearling for Nyquist at Keeneland September

A colt by Nyquist (hip 1114) became the second seven-figure yearling of the session when selling for $1.2 million to John Stewart's Resolute Bloodstock late in the day Thursday at Keeneland. Out of an unraced full-sister to Sidney's Candy (Candy Ride {Arg}), the yearling was bred by County Line Farm and was consigned by Indian Creek. John Stewart Buys First-Crop Maxfield Filly for $1 Million

A dark bay filly by first-crop yearling sire Maxfield brought $1 million Monday at the first session of the Keeneland September yearling sale. John Stewart's Resolute signed the ticket for Hip 53, who is out of the unraced French Passport (Elusive Quality) and a half-sibling to GI Alabama Stakes and GI Ogden Phipps Stakes winner Randomized (Nyquist) from the same family as MGISW Got Stormy (Get Stormy). Consigned by Four Star Sales, agent, the $1-million filly and May 11 foal was bred by Cove Springs in Kentucky.
