Elie Hennau has left his role as managing director of France Galop with immediate effect, according to reports published in Jour de Galop and Paris-Turf. Matthew Prior, an associate director of Tattersalls since the beginning of 2024, has been appointed to the new role of managing director. Andy Makiv Named as Managing Director of Godolphin Australia

Andy Makiv has been appointed as Godolphin Australia's new managing director, it was announced on Thursday. Makiv joined Godolphin Australia in 2008 and was based in Victoria, first as nominations manager and then as general manager which saw him oversee the Carbine Lodge racing stable and Northwood Park.
