Vinery And Kia Ora To Join Forces

Vinery and Kia Ora Studs have announced the consolidation of their stallion operations, with Kia Ora sires Farnan, Captivant and first-season sire Tropicus to relocate to Vinery ahead of the 2026 breeding season. Vinery Stud and Kia Ora Stud have had a close relationship since 2023, when Kia Ora's Malaysian-born owner Ananda Krishnan bought into Vinery to become the seventh major partner, joining Gerry Harvey, Steve McCann, Neil Werrett, Alan Green, David Paradice and Greg Perry. Zoustar, Too Darn Hot and Ole Kirk Take Australian Sires' Titles

After finishing runner-up to I Am Invincible last season, the tables turned this year. Zoustar was represented by 198 individual winners of 335 races from 375 runners. His progeny earned A$26,318,590 in total prize-money, with 15 individual stakes winners winning a total of 23 stakes races.
