A collection of Preakness-inspired artworks are now on display for public voting at The Art of Racing, an online gallery which showcases art by those inspired by racing both on and off the track. Public voting will last two weeks with the winning piece featured on specially-created Preakness merchandise. The Maryland Jockey Club has called off Friday's 10-race card at Laurel Park due to continuing adverse weather conditions from last weekend's winter storm along with ongoing rain throughout the region. Per the MJC release, Laurel, Pimlico Race Course, Rosecroft Raceway and the MJC OTB network will remain open for simulcasting.
