Walmac Farm Open Houses Begin Tuesday

Walmac Farm will host a daily Open House beginning Tuesday, Nov. 4 through the end of the Keeneland November Sale on Tuesday, Nov. 11. Breeders will have the opportunity to view Walmac Farm's 2026 stallion roster, led by Core Beliefs, Fulsome, Pappacap and Pinehurst, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Ken Wilkins Named Director Of Stallion Operations At Walmac Farm

Ken Wilkins has been named Director of Stallion Operations for Gary Broad's Walmac Farm, the farm announced Wednesday. Wilkins previously served as stallion director at Spendthrift Farm and has held similar positions with Adena Springs and Vinery. Walmac Farm's Pinehurst (Twirling Candy), winner of the 2021 GI Del Mar Futurity, sired his first reported foal when a filly out of the winning Klimt mare Lady Jewels was born at Southern Comfort Farm on Friday night, Jan. 12.
