Ballylinch Stud's Make Believe (GB) was responsible for the first two home in the G3 Premio Regina Elena (Italian 1,000 Guineas), as Klaynn (Ire) justified favouritism to deliver a dominant victory in the fillies' Classic over Fast Spirit (Ire).
