Juan Dominguez and Tim Kelly will serve new roles as New York Racing Association Safety Stewards as part of a four-person Safety and Integrity Team dedicated to enhancing existing safety protocols at Aqueduct Racetrack, Belmont Park and Saratoga Race Course.
