Dempsey Takes Top Honours At Irish Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards

Aoife Dempsey, Head Girl for Ted and Katie Walsh, received the prestigious Irish Racing Excellence Award - the top accolade at the Irish Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards (ITIEA) supported by Godolphin, the Irish Stable Staff Association, HRI Equuip, Irish Thoroughbred Breeders' Association and the Racing Post. The awards took place in the Keadeen Hotel in County Kildare on Tuesday evening. Nominations for Irish Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards Close On Monday

Stable Staff chief Bernard Caldwell has called on industry leaders in Ireland to get their nominations in for the 2022 Irish Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards ahead of the deadline on Monday, Aug. 15 at 5 p.m. Nominations can be made online at www.itiea.org. There is €62,000 in prize-money on offer along with the beautifully crafted Ani Mollereau bronzes.
