Tanguy Courtois and Kristin Werner Join IFAR Steering Committee

The International Forum for the Aftercare of Racehorses (IFAR) has revealed leadership changes that sees Tanguy Courtois and Kristin Werner joining the Steering Committee. Courtois is the head of Public Affairs for the Fédération Nationale des Courses Hippiques and Werner is the deputy general counsel and director of industry initiatives for The Jockey Club in the United States.
