Never has the demand to get horses into the breeze-up sales in Europe been higher. Harvey Bell, Matthew Prior and Jason Singh have been appointed as associate directors at Tattersalls, the sales company announced on Friday. Bell will now operate as head of bloodstock while Prior will carry out the duties of head of sales and Singh as marketing manager.
