Autumn Campaign For Make Believe

Prince A A Faisal's Make Believe (GB) (Makfi {GB}), winner of the G1 Poule d'Essai des Poulains in May but last of five in Royal Ascot's G1 St. James's Palace S. when last seen June 16, is likely to be saved for an autumn campaign, but could also take in the G1 Prix de Moulin de Longchamp Sept. 13, according to Racing Manager Ted Voute.

“I saw Make Believe the other day and he's well entered up, but we might just give him some time,” said Voute. “He looked fantastic the day he won the French Guineas and unfortunately he just didn't bounce back in time for Ascot. We might just wait with him now until something like the [G1] Prix de la Foret at Longchamp in October. He is in the Moulin; [trainer Andre Fabre] doesn't know if he'll be ready in time, but he might be. We'll just have to wait and see.”
