Nine Supplements to F-T Nov

Nine horses have been supplemented to the Nov. 7 Fasig-Tipton November Sale, catalogued as Hips 165-173, including GISW Her Emmynency (Successful Appeal) and recent GIII Matron S. heroine Arella Rockstar (Astrology).

Hip 165 is a weanling colt by Astrology out of the unraced Sizzle Dress (Henrythenavigator). Consigned by Select Sales, Agent III, the bay hails from the family of MGSW Skyring.

Arella Rockstar was claimed by trainer Rudy Rodriguez and owners e Five Racing Thoroughbreds and Magic Cap Stables for $50,000 off a debut win at Saratoga Aug. 31 and upset the Oct. 16 Matron at 12-1 in her next start. Out of a half-sister to MGSW & GISP Feline Story (Tale of the Cat), the juvenile is consigned by Indian Creek as Hip 166.

Mike Ryan's Colorful Charades (Discreet Cat), a $130,000 OBSAPR buy, captured her career bow at the Spa Aug. 14 and was third in the GI Frizette S. next out Oct. 8 for Rodriguez. Also consigned by Indian Creek, the daughter of MSW Laila's Punch (Two Punc) is catalogued as Hip 167.

Hip 168 is a New York-bred son of City Zip out of MSP Auspicious (Indian Charlie). The weanling is consigned by Darby Dan Farm.

Indian Creek also consigns Magic Cap's impressive 2-year-old maiden winner Jamyson 'N Ginger (Bernardini), a daughter of Canadian champion Ginger Brew (Milwaukee Brew). Purchased for $280,000 at FTFMAR, Hip 169 blew away her competition in a one-mile maiden special at Belmont Oct. 9, cruising home to a 15 1/4-length score at third asking.

Ike and Dawn Thrash's Her Emmynency, Hip 170, was second in the GI Del Mar Oaks last term and bested recent GI Shadwell Turf Mile winner Miss Temple City (Temple City) next out in the GI QEII Challenge Cup last October. The 4-year-old, whose record currently stands at 11-4-2-0 with earnings of $560,595, will be offered by James Keogh (Grovendale) as a broodmare prospect.

Hip 171 is Arella Rockstar's weanling half-brother by The Factor. Out of Story Untold (Old Fashioned), the bay is consigned by Select Sales.

Fox Hill Farms went to $775,000 at the 2014 Keeneland September sale to acquire Southern Girl (Tapit), a half-sister to GI Breeders' Cup Classic winner Mucho Macho Man (Macho Uno). The “TDN Rising Star” has won four of her six starts for trainer Larry Jones, including Laurel's Shine Again S. Catalogued as Hip 172, the sophomore is offered by Taylor Made Sales Agency, agent for Fox Hill Farms, as a racing/broodmare prospect.

Trainer William Harrigan's Miacomet Farm and Michael Pietrangelo homebred Blue Collar (Majestic Warrior) blew up the tote at 46-1 when winning her career bow at Keeneland Oct. 12. The 2-year-old is consigned as Hip 173 by Harrigan.
