The Todd Pletcher jugernaut continued to roll in 2007 when the 40-year-old scaled new heights with yet another single-season earnings record left in the dust. Pletcher, who also collected the title for outstanding trainer in 2004, 2005 and 2006, landed his first victory in a Triple Crown race in 2007 with Rags to Riches. ìWe arguably had our strongest year yet, I think sometimes you get compared to your own statistics, so it becomes increasingly tougher each year,î said Pletcher.
