Ernie Semersky and Dory Newell's Conquest Stables are primed to be represented for the first time at the Breeders' Cup, primarily with the undefeated Grade I winner My Conquestadory (Artie Schiller), and the couple added to their growing portfolio with the purchase of the Ontario-bred Hot Humor (Distorted Humor) in the opening minutes of Tuesday's session of the Fasig-Tipton October Yearling Sale in Lexington. Consigned by John Sikura's Hill 'n' Dale Sales Agency as agent, hip 384 is a son of the Corporate Report mare Annasan, making him a 3/4-brother to the successful Ontario-bred runner A Bit O' Gold (Gold Fever), a Sovereign Award-winning sophomore and dual Classic winnerᅠin Canada, and to SW & GSP Arco's Gold (Gold Fever). A Mar. 2 foal, Hot Humor was bred by Steven Di Iorio.
