The long-term franchise has yet to be awarded, but the New York Racing Association has reached an agreement with the Oversight Board and the State that will allow racing to continue at Aqueduct through Feb. 13. NYRA signed a similar agreement on Dec. 31, 2007, giving it the right to hold racing at the Big A through Jan. 23.
