The Hall of Fame conditioner captured his fourth straight and unprecedented eighth overall renewal of the one-mile Matriarch at Hollywood Park yesterday after Ken and Sarah Ramseyís homebred Precious Kitten (Catienus) stormed home a clear-cut victress over favored Wait a While (Mariaís Mon). Precious Kittenís winning time of 1:33.63 established a new stakes record. Frankelís other Matriarch winners are Price Tag (GB) (ë06), Intercontinental (GB) (ë04), Heat Haze (GB) (ë03), Starine (Fr) (ë01), Happyanunoit (NZ) (ë99), Ryafan (ë97), and Wandesta (GB) (ë96). The race was not run in 2005.
