Due to high winds and persistent, heavy rain, officials at the New York Racing Association have canceled Saturday's live racing program. The featured GIII Cicada S. for three-year-old fillies over six furlongs has been postponed to Saturday, March 20. The facility was to remain open for simulcasting and live racing is expected to resume Sunday.
