ATR Presents 'Voice of Racing Day'

At The Races (ATR) in partnership with Racing Post and The Irish Field will present the inaugural 'Voice Of Racing Day' on June 30. This charitable day, is part of the 'Voice Of Racing Project', which aims to bring the sport together and give back to those who need it most; both equine and human. All funds raised during the 'Voice Of Racing Day' and until the Sir Peter O'Sullevan Award Lunch on Nov. 23 will be divided between The Sir Peter O'Sullevan Charitable Trust (50%), and the UK and Irish Injured Jockeys Funds, 25% each.

ATR will join Mick Fitzgerald and guests at the Injured Jockeys Fund's Oaksey House in Lambourn. There will also be special features and interviews with the Voice Of Racing Day beneficiaries and ATR presenters subjected to a number of fundraising challenges. Racing fans are encouraged to pledge donations throughout the day, either online at attheraces.com/voiceofracing or via texts (UK donors excluding Isle of Man and Channel Islands) to 70070 with the message VORD99 followed by the amount they wish to donate.
