Two guaranteed berths into the 2017 Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge are on the line Saturday in two contests on Horseplayers.com.
The winners of each of Saturday's featured tournaments will receive a free $10,000 berth into the Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge, which will take place Nov. 3-4 at Del Mar Racetrack, live satellite locations and on select online ADW sites.
Saturday's first BCBC qualifying tournament is a low ratio Pick & Pray event with a $500 entry fee. This tournament, which has a maximum of 26 entrants, will also have three consolation prizes worth $500. Players interested in this contest are encouraged to register now as the contest is almost sold out with only 10 of the 26 spots remaining at this time.
The second featured BCBC qualifying tournament Saturday will also be a Pick & Pray contest with a $179 entry fee and a one per 65 qualifying ratio. Players can register here. In the Pick & Pray format, selections will close for all contest races once the first contest race closes. Players cannot edit selections throughout the contest and must have all selections made prior to the first contest race.
