A close relative to GI Belmont S. winner Rags to Riches (A.P. Indy) was purchased for $1.475 million by Chesapeake Partners to easily lead the way among the foals at Keeneland November. John Sikura's Hill 'n' Dale Sales agency consigned the bay daughter of Teeming (Storm Cat), the first foal produced by broodmare of the year Better Than Honour, Sunday night's $14 million star at Fasig-Tipton. Teeming, additionally a half-sister to Belmont winner Jazil and GII Peter Pan S. hero Casino Drive, was herself a $1.5-million purchase as a foal at the 2001 November sale.
