With only a handful of lots having passed through the ring, Bill Vlahos of BC3 Thoroughbreds–flanked by trainer Danny O'Brien–broke out the big guns to score the top lot of the second session of the Inglis Easter sale on the Newmarket sales grounds in Sydney Wednesday. With bidding opening at a cool A$1-million for lot 200–a Redoute's Choice half-sister to Black Caviar and group winner All Too Hard–bidding steadily escalated before topping out at A$2.6-million.
