TDN Analysis: A fascinating clash of some bright prospects among the older fillies and mares is conjoined with a Guineas and Oaks pointer. While the latter category consists of just two, the three-year-olds belong to Ballydoyle and therefore are fair game for Classic dissection until proven otherwise. Ryan Moore is on Moments Of Joy, who was placed at this level at two and who signed off with a fifth in the Fillies' Mile, while Cameo was fourth in another Group 3 over course and distance in October. One of those handing the pair a hefty weight-for-age allowance is Juddmonte's Faiyum, who was second to the high-profile export Barnavara (Calyx) prior to winning Gowran Park's G3 Denny Cordell Lavarack & Lanwades Stud Fillies Stakes by seven lengths in September. Also in the mix is last year's TDN Rising Star, presented by Hagyard, Catalina Delcarpio who races for Lordship Stud off a significant absence having run third over what was probably too far in the Ribblesdale. Complicating matters for Al Shaqab and Trevor Stewart's raider is his penalty for a Listed win and the obvious potential of the course-and-distance winner and 2,000 Guineas entry Billecart, while the £150,000 Tattersalls October Auction Stakes winner Jel Pepper could benefit if the principals fail to shine.
