Waterhouse, Bott Enter Partnership

Adrian Bott, former racing manager and assistant trainer to Hall of Famer Gai Waterhouse, will enter a training partnership with Waterhouse beginning from the new season on Monday after the partnership was approved by Racing NSW. Waterhouse will saddle her last runners in her name only on Saturday at Rosehill and Kemble Grange.

“Adrian's a special talent,” Waterhouse told the Sydney Morning Herald. “I'm absolutely thrilled to have him as my co-trainer and he has been a very important part of my stable for some time. This is going to free me up to spend more time with the horses and we will be training winners for a long time to come.”

“We have been waiting for Racing NSW to approve the partnership, but there's still some things that need to be done before it's officially launched [as a business],” Waterhouse added.
