A colt by Broken Vow shot to the leader board during Wednesday's second session of the OBS March sale when trainer Linda Rice signed for the juvenile at $950,000. The colt, who worked in :9 4/5 last week, is out of stakes placed Tale of the South (Tale of the Cat), a half-sister to MGSW Futural (Future Storm). Consigned by Eisaman Equine, the bay was purchased by Barry and Shari Eisaman for $80,000 at last year's Keeneland September sale.
