Havre de Grace (Saint Liam) won a trio of Grade I races in 2011, including a victory over males in the GI Woodward S. and wins against her own sex in the GI Beldame and GI Apple Blossom, and Monday night was recognized as the nation's top older female. The Fox Hill Farm colorbearer is trained by Larry Jones. Havre de Grace dominated in the category, garnering all but three of the votes. Blind Luck (Pollard's Vision) got two votes, and Awesome Maria (Maria's Mon) got one.
