This year's Goffs UK Premier Yearling Sale at Doncaster will see the launch of the Harry's 750 Series, featuring the new Harry's Quarter Million Bonus Series. The British Horseracing Authority's chief executive Brant Dunshea has expressed his frustration that government ministers have determined there is to be no change in the rate of Levy.
