OwnerView will feature Penny Chenery, celebrated owner of the legendary Secretariat, and Laura Hillenbrand, author of the best-selling book “Seabiscuit: An American Legend,” in its “Racehorses in Hollywood” session at the Thoroughbred Owner Conference from Oct. 31-Nov. 3 at Santa Anita Park, it was announced Wednesday. The event will be hosted by television journalist Nick Clooney.
“Penny and Laura are both planning to be here, and we couldn't be more excited,” said Gary Falter, project manager for OwnerView. “Their willingness to travel to Los Angeles from Colorado and Oregon, respectively, speaks volumes about their ongoing dedication to our sport.”
The “Racehorses in Hollywood” session is scheduled for late Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 1.
