Dabyah Out Of French Guineas

Dabyah | Racing Post

G3 Fred Darling S. winner Dabyah (Ire) (Sepoy {Aus}) has been ruled out of Saturday's G1 Poule d'Essai des Pouliches after an unsatisfactory scope.

Bruce Raymond, racing manager for owner Abdullah Saeed Al Naboodah, said, “Unfortunately she scoped quite dirty this morning and she's not going to be able to run on Saturday. It's a shame, but these things happen and you couldn't send her to France after scoping badly. I think it's better to leave her at home.”

Trained by John Gosden, Dabyah is three for four, her lone defeat coming when third, beaten a length, in last year's G1 Prix Marcel Boussac. Raymond confirmed the bay would target Royal Ascot's G1 Coronation S.
