A two-day fundraising event and memorial for the late David Cassidy will be held Sunday, May 19 and Monday, May 20 at King Neptune's Pub in Lake George, NY. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation; Adirondack Save a Stray; Columbia Green Humane Society; and the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame. Festivities begin Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m. with a concert by the band 45 RPM, featuring covers of Cassidy and Partridge Family music. A luncheon banquet the following day beginning at noon will have guest speakers and friends of Cassidy's including Dr. Jerry Bilinski and his wife Darlene, author Johnny Ray Miller and television director Michael Pomarico. There will also be video tributes, a drawing for a gift basket of licensed David Cassidy memorabilia (must purchase concert event ticket to enter drawing) and a silent auction.
