Goffs UK Breeze Up Catalogue Online

Goffs UK have catalogued 168 lots for their Breeze Up Sale at Doncaster scheduled for April 19 & 20. The catalogue is available online and features a good mix of sires from all the leading breeze up consignors. Last year's sale grossed just over £5m with an average of £38,725 and produced the G3 Dubai Cornwallis S. winner Quiet Reflection (GB) (Showcasing {GB}) who was bought by her trainer Karl Burke for £44,000. Some interesting types on paper in this year's catalogue include lot 11, from Ballycullen Stables, a Choisir (Aus) (Danehill Dancer {Ire}) filly out of a half-sister to dual Grade 1 winner Obviously (Ire) (Choisir {Aus}) who also finished second to Bolo (Temple City) in the GII Arcadia S. at Santa Anita last weekend. Lot 91, a colt by Holy Roman Emperor (Ire) (Danehill), offered by Norman Williamson's Oak Tree Farm also lacks nothing in pedigree. He is a half-brother to stakes winner My Renee (Kris S), who is the dam of Group 2 winner Banimpire (Ire) (Holy Roman Emperor {Ire}) who has grossed €2.3m and 1.5m gns in two sale ring appearances at Goffs and Tattersalls respectively. Another 2-year-old whose page appeals is a lot 100, a Kodiac (GB) (Danehill) filly from Brendan Holland's Grove Stud. She is out of the dual winner Mimiteh (Maria's Mon) who is a half-sister to Group 1 winner Rosdhu Queen (Ire) (Invincible Spirit {Ire}).
