Demi Buys Storm Cat Colt For $1.5 Million

Coolmore's Demi O'Byrne purchased a Storm Cat colt for $1.5 million at the Fasig-Tipton Calder Sale. The colt, a $300,000 yearling purchase by Carl Bowling and Ricky Leppala, is the second from the stakes-winning Saint Ballado mare Country Romance and hails from a deep Overbrook family that includes Seaside Attraction, et al.
