G1 Queensland Derby winner Dark Dream (Aus) (All American {Aus}) has been sold to Hong Kong to continue to his racing career according to reports from Racing.com. Successful in the Doomben feature in June for trainer Kerry Parker on what was the gelding's first attempt in Group 1 company, Dark Dream was then removed from Parker's care by part-owner Mary Jane Basson and it has since transpired the 3-year-old will make the move to Hong Kong in August to an as of yet unconfirmed trainer. Dark Dream boasted a record of four wins and six places from ten runs in Australia and he also enjoyed stakes success when winning the G3 Rough Habit S. at Doomben in May.
