Elusive Diva Kicks off KEEJAN at $825,000

Elusive Diva (Elusive Quality), an 8-year-old mare believed to be pregnant off a March 27 cover to Giant's Causeway, sold for $825,000 during the early action at KEEJAN. Consigned by Denali Stud, Elusive Diva was purchased by Claiborne Farm, agent for Ramona Bass. At three, Elusive Diva won the GIII Railbird S. and was third in the GI La Brea S. Two years later, the bay captured the GIII Las Cienegas H. and GIII Senator Ken Maddy H. In 2006, Elusive Diva sold at KEENOV for $1.6 million while in foal to Distorted Humor. She is half to SW R. Bagio (Chimes Band) and Handyman Bill (Skywalker).
