Exosphere | Darley

Group 1 winner Exosphere (Aus) (Lonhro {Aus}–Altitude {Aus}, by Danzero {Aus}) has been retired and will stand at his breeder's Kelvinside Stud in New South Wales, Australia, Godolphin announced Monday. The Godolphin colorbearer scored his biggest win in the G1 Golden Rose S. at Rosehill, and also landed the G2 Skyline S., G2 Roman Consul S. and G2 Run to the Rose S. among his five victories from 10 starts en route to A$1,091,600 in earnings.

In the words of trainer John O'Shea, Exosphere is, “A magnificent individual, with enormous natural talent.”

Added Henry Plumptre, Godolphin's Managing Director, “Exosphere retires with an extraordinary race record. Because of his unusual size and bulk, he had training issues, but he managed to put together a string of outstanding performances. He is an exciting stallion of the future. No fee has yet been set, but we expect him to be popular.”
