Indy Five Hundred got the ball rolling at the Fasig-Tipton Selected November Sale yesterday. The first horse to reach seven figures, the Grade I winner was purchased for $3 million by John Ferguson. Ferguson has been quiet at this sale the last two years, buying just one for more than $500,000 in 2005 and none at that level last year. Consigned by Lane's End, agent, the seven-year-old mare is in foal to Kingmambo.She is a full to MGSW Delta Princess and is a daughter of Group 2 winner Lyphardメs Delta, herself a daughter of champion and MGISW Proud Delta and a full to MGSW Proud Debonair. The chestnut has a yearling colt by War Chant, a weanling filly by Seeking the Gold.
