First Crop Filly by Desert Party Brings $460K at Fasig

Hip 51, a filly from the first crop by Darley's Desert Party (Street Cry {Ire}–Sage Cat, by Tabasco Cat) established a new top price late in the morning of the Fasig Tipton July Sale when hammered down to Nat Rea's Regis Farms for $460,000. Consigned by Allied Bloodstock, the bay is a half to multiple stakes winner and multiple graded stakes-placed Cosmic Kris (Storm Creek).
