First of Six Meadowlands Cards Cancelled

Due to heavy rain that has drenched New Jersey in recent days, and a forecast calling for additional precipitation heading into the weekend, Monmouth Park's first card of racing at Meadowlands Racetrack this Friday has been cancelled, it was announced Tuesday. The “Monmouth at the Meadowlands” all-turf meet will now consist of just five programs–the first of which is scheduled to be held Saturday.
