First Publicly Sold Mare In Foal To Sea The Stars Brings $1.05M

The first mare in foal to superstar Sea the Stars (Ire) (Cape Cross {Ire}) to hit the sales ring was offered at Fasig-Tipton November Sunday night, and she set off a flurry of bidding. When the dust settled, it was Reynolds Bell, agent for Alpha Delta, signing the ticket for five-year-old Love To Dance (Ire) (Sadler's Wells). The mare was consigned by Bedouin Bloodstock, agent for S.F. Bloodstock. Group 2-placed, she is a half to European Horse of the Year Dylan Thomas (Ire) (Danehill) and champion Queen's Logic (Ire) (Grand Lodge).
