THREE COINS (GB) (f, 2, Fountain of Youth {Ire}–Bereka {GB}, by Firebreak {GB}), a 10-1 chance on debut, showed dash from the break to race in a close-up second early. Nursed to the front approaching the furlong pole, the homebred bay asserted despite exhibiting greenness to prevail by 3/4 of a length from Birkenhead (GB) (Captain Gerrard {Ire}). In doing so, she became the first winner for her group-winning first-season sire (by Oasis Dream {GB}). A son of Attraction (GB) (Efisio {GB}), he stands at £4,500 at Terry Holdcroft's Shropshire-based establishment which also bred and raced this filly.
